Orchid Tree

Julie is a designer and artist with special interest in the botanical world. She graduated from Boston College, the School of Fashion Design, Boston, and Rhode Island School of Design. Her work is featured in Sophisticated Surfaces, Rockport Press, 1999, and Today’s Botanical Artists, Schiffer Publishing, 2008. Awards include the Talas Award at the Ninth International ASBA/HSNY Juried Exhibition, Honorable Mention at the Eighth International ASBA/HSNY Juried Exhibition, and Best in Show at the Native Flora of the Atlantic Seaboard Exhibit in 2005. Julie is also the founding Vice-President of the New England Society of Botanical Artists.
